Reviews Even with the troubles of losing his voice, Marc and the band put on a great show. I was very impressed that they worked through it and gave the fans a great performance with a strong finish. -doggsq August 9, 2009
I drove all the way to Pittsburgh from New Jersey to see O.A.R. at PNC Park, and it was worth every mile! During Night Shift it seemed like the speakers/sound needed some adjusting, but that was quickly fixed (they had to set the stage up so fast, I'd assume a few bugs were to be worked out). Then when Wanderer started, it was easy to see that something wasn't right with Marc, his voice just wasn’t working. I kept singing along in my seat so the people around me could still get the full show, haha. But I have to tell you, all the guys came together so well and played amazingly while Marc tried to work out his voice problems. Jerry and Paris especially did all they could to talk to the crowd and help Marc out on singing. Then, as requested by Jerry, Michael came down from the heavens above to help get Marc's voice back for Mr. Brown and most of the rest of the show! They could have just walked off the stage, but they stayed and played on and gave it everything they could give. I have seen 10+ O.A.R. shows, and I have never seen the guys have a problem like this, but they were so cool under pressure and tried their best to give the crowd an excellent show, and I feel they did just that. I always knew this was a great band, and they had a special something between them, but it is little road bumps like this that show their true colors and true talent!

Not only did they rock the show, but all of the guys must have taken at least an hours worth of travel time out of their night to come down the 3rd baseline (where I was luckily sitting 5 rows back), to take pictures with fans, talk, and sign autographs! I don't think one fan was left out. I swear I was able to talk to each of the guys for at least 3 minutes before they moved on to somebody else (I think it was more exciting than last years meet and greet). For those of you who haven't gotten a chance to meet these guys yet, you just have to try to at some point. You won't find a nicer group of guys anywhere than Marc, Chirs, Jerry, Benj, Richard, and Mike!

Thanks again guys! See you in Bethel (big thanks to Rick for that one... wish I could have made it to Saratoga man) and MSG this Saturday! Marc feel better brother!

Outstanding performance...even though Marc lost his voice...the band really stepped up and pulled through a very tough situation. At first I was in a panic mode as to what would happen, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised. Not many people can say that they have seen an O.A.R. show like that. The entire band handled themselves with class and did an amazing job!

Believe me, all the fans in the crowd were singing as loud as they could to try and help out..haha. Can't wait until MSG! -ytownrevolution29 August 10, 2009
