Reviews I had been looking forward to this show since I discovered OAR about 9 months ago. I had been looking at all the setlists leading up to this show and they were awesome. Earlier in August, I remember seeing lists with 15-16 songs on them and that seemed awesome. The show I went to last night had 8 songs. I was dissapointed. Their performance during those 8 songs was exceptional but 8 songs is way too short. I think it was one of the only concerts on their tour in which they didn't play Sunday Bloody Sunday. Howie Day is a decent act and Guster is a great band, but I paid to see OAR, and I would have liked to see them for at least 1.5 hours, preferably 2. Their set was less than an hour. To me, thats ridiculous. -tHEtIN31 September 3, 2004
Reason the set was so short is because it was a tour with 4 other bands. OAR and Guster headlined, normally if this wasnt the case they would have played 13+ songs. -uconn99 September 7, 2004
You are also on the West Coast, it is well known that you guys get shafted when it comes to the setlist. ;) -BltByKrmn October 19, 2004
Great show - only wish O.A.R. could have played for twice as long. But any show with Guster and O.A.R. is bound to be good, and The Weight was awesome (it looked like everybody on the tour was on stage for this one). -TheDC April 18, 2005
This was a great show. It has been awhile since I went to it, but actually all three: Howie Day, Guster, and O.A.R. headlined. Matt Nathanson opened for them. Saying that, all three of the headliners played almost exactly the same amount of time. The Greek Theatre is a great looking theatre as well. I was more surprised with the setlist if anything. No songs from In Between Now & Then were played. Even 34th & 8th had come out before this concert. Perhaps it is because the West Coast doesn't know about these guys as well as the East Coast and definately the Midwest. This was apparent since basically the entire "C" sections of the theatre was empty. Still, an awesome show, so their loss. -zeshan14 January 10, 2006
Amazing concert. The first time I had ever seen them live. I have since seen them twice. If you love guster and can appreciate the guitar styles of howie day, you then could realize the fun we had. I was fortunate enough to have vip passes at the Greek and had the chance to meet the band of guster. One of the best concerts of my life. -melowmonkey7 February 17, 2006
