To listen to these files, you basically have 3 options:
1. Use a computer with Optical Out to a DTS Decoder
2. Use an Airport Express connected optically to a DTS Decoder
3. Burn WAV files to a CD and play in a DVD Player connected to a DTS Decoder

If you do not play these files through a DTS decoder, they will sound like static, THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SOUND LIKE.

You may convert these files to Apple Lossless. They will still work. Converting to AAC/MP3 breaks the encoding.

Info on option 3:
Burn these tracks like you would for any other CD. Nothing special needs to be done.
