The word itself is certainly not a word one would find in a dictionary. The song came about when a friend of mine Peter Derry used to play me Phish all the time and try to convince me of their legend status. Anyway, I really liked how they used funny characters in some songs... And I decided to write a song about Peter standing on top of a mountain. Well, I needed a theme and I always saw him as a free thinker and figured the tune could be about freedom from regularity and routine. So, the word he says in it may mean nothing literally but figuratively... It is a cry for freedom.
