Reviews Wow

Is all I can say -cbb8587 January 25, 2007
best set i've seen in a long time -OldManTime55 January 25, 2007
excellent.

king of the thing was in the setlist..it was replaced with anyway

a little disappointed...but it sounded awesome -SomethingComingOver January 25, 2007
anyone taping this show?? -anyway January 25, 2007
best oar concert i have been to music wise. The Fallout was awesome for the first time ive heard it. michael paris has made the band that much better.

taping? -keysean January 25, 2007
Show was sick!. Opening was amazing. kept the energy up the entire show. Benj actually shaved his beard for the show so you know it was gonna be good. Encore was rediculous. Cant wait to see what they have set up for MSG...maybe a little Poker into No Woman No Cry, or night shift into stir it up?? that would be siiiiiiiiick. -JoeFlo January 25, 2007
the setlist was absolutely sick....and there was a guy behind me taping, so hopefully it'll be up later -GrantDovey January 25, 2007
extremely strong start...BR, SMO, and my personal favorite Untitled was a very unique way to start off the show, deviating from the normal openers (City on down, 52-50, the wanderer, wonderful day..etc..) A seemingly unusual setlist was a nice treat, although i was dissapointed by the encore, i wanted to hear I Feel Home, and i called that, but i was really hoping for a close of city on down or delicate few, they could have opened with 52-50 or just played it after poker to close the set. I am a 52-50 fan, but I would have loved to hear city on down much more. nevertheless they rocked it out to the fullest. Untitled was stellar, and the band sounded very well the entire show. One of the better OAR performances ive witnessed, but I would like to see a show where they exclude Love and memories, its really not a great song at all. Im kinda pissed at myself because i took a beer break during fallout, but im sure ill get the opportunity to hear the whole song again. I still feel like there is too many people who are only familiar with SOAS songs and hey girl, but its okay, not everyone has been following them since before Jerry even joined as I have. Great crowd too. To everyone I danced with last night, thank you for enjoying the show with me. -blazedscraps January 25, 2007
This show was by far my favorite show yet. The bongo intro the black rock set the tone for the night along with the acoustic version intro to lay down. The fallout was well played by the band and the crowd seemed to be getting into it. Was hoping for an organ intro city on down but will be hoping for it at the garden on saturday. Over all....great crowd....great setlist....what else could you ask for. The band di amazing and Jerry lit up the night with his saxaphone. -scottdmboar January 25, 2007
What a great show. The first 3 songs were arguably the best I have seen to open up a show. A really nice variation with a great encore. Show was a 9 out of 10. I loved every minute of it! The Fallout is going to be some song! -tindawg31 January 25, 2007
decent show, great start, and i loved the blood outro, Anyway and Untitled were amazing, wish they'd cut back on the Stories tunes, and what's with only playing for an hour and a half and ending on 52-50?!?!?! that was a drag... lookin' foward to Madison Square Garden on saturday! -MrBrown21 January 25, 2007
Great, great show. I loved being the only one around who knew any words to 'The Fallout'. Loved hearing 'Untitiled' again. The only thing that would have made this better for me would have been getting to hear 'Something Coming Over' somewhere in the set. -VonDouche January 25, 2007
by far the most amazing show i've seen. Kinda disspointed that i didnt get to expirence city on down again, but they need to keep playing there older stuff. I need to be at MSG. Cant wait for them to come back. -LoveForEveryone January 25, 2007
Absolutely amazing show. Finally played "Here's to You" and I couldn't have been happier. Encore should have included "City on Down" or something more up beat after 52-50. That or "Conquering Fools" wouldn't have hurt anyone. Stick with old songs! Can't wait to go to another show. -Feldman3333 January 25, 2007
greatt show, out of all the shows ive been to they probably sounded the best tonight. jerry was crazy & the setlist was great. i hope its taped and cant wait to see them again.

PLEEASEE TELL MEE ITS TAPEDDD -wanderer104 January 25, 2007
I feel home at encore was amazing
i hadnt heard the fallout but it was amazing for the first time
and to SomethingComingOver i loved anyway but i would of loved to see them play king of the thing -thatwasacrazygameofpoker January 25, 2007
Awesome setlist, good to hear SMO and Untitled to open up the show along with Black Rock... Cant wait for Saturday!! -captaingrapes January 25, 2007
Excellent, excellent show!!! I have seem them 3x in the last year and as usual they did not dissappoint. Brought a first time fan to the show and she is now hooked! I'll see them every time I can. Outstanding. Did anyone tape this show?!?!?! -Gorsan January 26, 2007
Another great setlist from Marc and the boys. Black Rock was a great open followed by my personal favorite So Moved On. First five songs were awesome but Im still not an avid fan of Dareh Meyod, although they played it better than 34th and 8th and In Bewteen. Only problem I had was god damn Anyway. The beginning and end of that song are nice but the middle is so long, drawn out and boring. And now I hear they were originally going to play King of the Thing and they played Anyway instead!? Unfair trade if I must say. End of the show was nice and refrshing though. Close with Poker was expected and I was angry at first when they ended with 52-50 but they played it extremely well. Would have enjoyed City or Delicate Few instead, but 52-50 was satisfying.

And what made the entire concert was that Marc didnt wear that stupid hat! -Witeshoes2 January 26, 2007
WOW. Somehow got my hands on front row center stage seats for this one. What an awesome show. The whole set was amazing. Blackrock, one shot, hey girl, i feel home, and I actually loved ending with 52-50. It was so much better than ending with Poker. 7th show that I have been to, and by far the best. I really hope that someone taped it. Looking forward to their next show. -darkwingdck January 26, 2007
Amazing, one of the best OAR concerts I've been to. Never saw 52-50 coming to close. -GRos34n8 January 26, 2007
AWESOME! sums it up well. this show one kick ass show...and the 5th row tickets i had were amazing. i'd also like to thank the lovely ladies sitting next to me for making it a fun night.

ONE SHOT! -thampel09 January 26, 2007
this set was pretty solid. so moved on into untitled had my first fav go into my second fav so that was awesome. this was definitely one of the best shows i've been to, and i've been to a good amount. i expect a lot out of msg tonight. this concert got a 9/10. -bjb33nyy January 27, 2007
Great show, although not the best. Very well put together set list that kept the energy flowing. Great encore featuring I feel home, which has been done before. Could have jammed on a little more with poker as well. Kept it interesting even though I'm not a huge fan of their new stuff. -MRyan January 30, 2007
anyone record the show? -bt8899 January 30, 2007
I would have loved to make it to this show. Barley any new stuff...so nice. Too bad they came on a Wednesday. -deisner February 9, 2007
Amazing encore... great setlist. One of the best shows I've seen. I like this venue when its closed off (no lawn seats)

The crowd was just okay, not too impressed by them. People around me didn't know 52-50 and I was pretty surprised at that. It was not as good as the first time they ever played it at the Electric Factory in 04, but nonetheless, still a great closing. Worth every dollar.

I have pit seats for the show in August this year and I cannnnot wait......

If any fans have pit seats and are going down way early just email me @ liloz3@verizon.net
