Reviews great show, great setlist, great atmosphere. alittle crowd surfing problems but that was fixed. jerry was just goin crazy with the sax. it looked like marc was really feeling us and he mentioned us a couple of times. michael paris was great as well. i loved his solo parts. benj was benj as usual and his bass lines were sick. got to hear alittle of richards vocals for once. i was surprised that they started off with lay down(expecting 52-50) but gret either way. this show most definitly had to been taped or at least i hope it was... -O.A.R.fan4Life November 23, 2005
GREAT SHOW. The boys were on fire all night, Jerry really lit it up. Solid Setlist with alot of old school tunes. They def played hard and was a really great time. Whose Chariot? was unreal. Can't wait to Saturday! -tindawg31 November 23, 2005
Jerry was on fire. -airlamp217 November 23, 2005
Fu*kin rediculous show. The energy in the place for being on the smaller side was amazing. Marc and the entire band played hard, esspecially Jerry who was absolutly out of control on the sax. Sunday Bloody Sunday was honestly an unreal feeling, so much energy it almost seemed fake. The "Were not leaving" chantbefore the encore deffinatly summed up the feeling the crowd had towards OAR and them towards us. Great show! Thanks Guys! -BBallKingM11 November 23, 2005
The setlist was absolutely amazing. Conquering fools was insane, first time they have played it since April. Get away and so moved on were amazing too and it was on of the best versions of SBS ive ever heard them play. The crowd was a little young and immature but marc was loving the vibe. Overall an excellent concert. -BingPiLam8 November 23, 2005
My second OAR show, went to pnc this summer, amazing show, sunday bloody sunday was so great! Jerry was on fuckin fire! he def lit up the show and made his solos during each song amazing -scottdmboar November 23, 2005
Freaking rediculous show. Everything was nuts (as usual), but playing Sunday Bloody Sunday with crazy irishmen going nuts was unbelievable. The intro to Hey Girl was pretty sweet too. I now think its best to see them at a smaller venue because the audience gets more involved in the show. I was three feet from Richard and Jerry and I felt like I was apart of the show. Great Night! -Scooterb77 November 23, 2005
great setlist and the crowd was absolutely nuts. it was my girlfriends first show and sunday bloody sunday was retarded. o.a.r. was also full of good vibes. i was 10 feet away from richard and was trying to get him to show some enthusiasm all night but he gave me a nod which was cool -cah44 November 23, 2005
Well this was my 6th Oar show and I must say wasnt the best...I mean I went to Hammerstein in 04 and not many compare to that. We got there and there were 17 year olds tailgating in the American Legion parking lot in the blistering cold, are we serious, kids had a grill going...then Starland made us sit outside in the cold for nearly an hour on line, then 5 mins into the Mr. North show they shut down the bar because of the amount of underage kids in attendence. I hate high schoolers, stop coming to these shows in bars..stay at places like pnc...enough complaining. What a show! Excited about Heard the World, as were most of us..Love and Mem was a treat at the end and throwing in poker at the end made everyone feel good, for a second i thought they werent gonna play it..so moved on was the best surprise of the night and i felt good because I think Beth and I were the only ones who even knew the lyrics...enjoyed the show...Happy Thanksgiving all... -Hyalump November 24, 2005
WOW! This show was incredible. I was two feet away from Richie the enitre concert. I was past the barrier between the crowd and the stage, and I saw the whole concert from there. The setlist was insane and I knew the lyrics to every song. At first I was kinda of mad that the show got moved from Convention Hall in Asbury Park, but since it was at Starland, it was so much more personal. By far, this was one of the best concerts i've been to. -jerseyOARfan November 25, 2005
I never want to see OAR again after seeing this show -bball3692 November 29, 2005
my 2nd show.. first was at pnc this summer... this show was awesome.. i was up front on the left side right infront of michael paris.. he was having a good time.. jerry- words cant describe how insane he was.. marc seemed to appear like he was right at home with us in the crowd.. great choice of songs.. crowd was really into sunday bloody sunday, hey girl and city on down... heard the world was a nice surprise.. all in all great atmosphere great time and great show, cant wait till msg!! -ifeelhome20 December 1, 2005
amazing it was crazy -jmark108 December 14, 2005
This was by far the greatest show I have ever heard including the OAR, 4 Phish, 3 Moe, and many more. Jerry was rocking out the entire show, and the crowd was really into the show. Get Away, So Moved On, and Conquering Fools were all surprising, and Lay Down was a great song to open with. The energy was strong without slow crap and every song was sick. AMAZING SHOW! -TheWanderer27 December 25, 2005
