Reviews The show was awesome. The crowd could have been better. I had some really annoying 14 year old girls behind me that kept trying to push their way through my friends and I to the front row. In addition to that they didn't know how to sing along with the songs and were always messing up the lyrics. Poker was INSANE. Marc threw in some lyrics from Slightly Stupids song officer if I remember correctly. I was disappointed that they skipped the "Whooa Yeeeaa" part of Missing Pieces, but it was still an awesome show and well worth the drive. Can't wait for Merriweather August 17th!! -AnnapolisOARfan May 6, 2007
show was great. the slightly stoopid tag in poker was killer. watching the detectives gets better. missing pieces was sick as well. and, ludo...?hah
peace -blackrock5 May 7, 2007
Great show, although it was a much smaller concert for OAR than I'm used to since I'm in the DC area (hometown for OAR). Still, awesome as always. I really enjoyed the new song Whatever Happens and I think the crowd did too even though new songs are usually boring in concert; this one was awesome. Watching the Detectives was a good surprise... ending with Love & Memories and leading to the I Feel Home / Poker encore is the best way to end an OAR show, hands down. Poker in charlottesville was incredible, even though Marc had some guitar problems and had to make lyrics up (using slightly stupid apparently) for a segment. The crowd went nuts during poker. Classic.

Oh, I had to sit next to a UVA grad student named George who gave me a lecture about "swingers" during Old Man Time. That was interesting and kinda ruined the song for me. -sigberto May 7, 2007
Great show...the band sounded completely amazing. 5250 was awesome, Here's To You was the highlight for me. Watching the Detectives sounded great, much better than the night before. All in all, the best OAR show I've been to. Can't wait until July in Raleigh!! -stellablue5997 May 7, 2007
great show by the guys tonight...missing pieces and heres to you were my highlight for the night..this was my first time to the pavillion and the venue is sick!..i got to know marc through this tour backstage after a few shows and after poker he saw i was there and tossed his poker pick to me..that was pretty sweet...hung out with the guys after the show for a little bit and called it a night..merriweather is gonna be nuts..lookin forward to that...awesome night!... P.S. anyone have any idea of the setlist ludo played? or any of the song names? -TuesdaysComing May 9, 2007
ludo is like a bad starting line..and starting line is terrible -nhlpunk101 May 10, 2007
Overall a very good show. The band sounded amazing. I was looking forward to one or two "older" songs played, but the setlist was still good. First time hearing "The Stranger" live and I loved it. Heard the World and Here's to you were also favorites of the night. Crowd loved L&M and sung along to that song and Poker, which was good to hear. The back of the crowd was good (where I stayed), a lot of teenagers near the front. The outdoor venue with the pavilion covering was great on a rainy night. Look forward to the next time they come through central va. -rochoar May 10, 2007
My second show. Really enjoyed it. I was in the center about three people back from the stage. Here's to You was solid! Poker was a stong closing, but i dont like when they play it last because it takes the suprise out of the encore. I dont think ludo was the right kind of music to have as an opener. met some really cool people and had a good time

I also enjoyed singing "sweet home alabama" after the show. -Matlax May 13, 2007
