Reviews My 3rd show and by far the best. A much smaller venue, but the energy in the crowd was still amazing. I was able to stand in the very front which made the concert that much more enjoyable. Marc was very interactive with the crowd and Jerry was amazing. Pretty good setlist, with a 4 song encore which just capped off an amazing night. Highlights for me were Poker, Love and Memories, War Song, and Delicate Few. Awesome concert as usual guys!
Also, Ozomatli, who opened was unbelievable, I actually bought their cd after the show. Amazing night. -crhockey15 August 1, 2008
Great set, great show. New songs are sounding tight despite the way I feel about them on the album. Small crowd but a lot of fun.
They removed So Moved On from the setlist so I was pissed about that but overall great show.
Have some fun for god's sake Benj, it wouldn't kill you :) -CoolHandKostya August 1, 2008
Q- What is better than having a week long timeshare in Atlantic City? A- Having an O.A.R. concert fall during that week!!! When I saw they switched the show from PA to AC, I was pumped! I had a great time, and it was yet another great show by the guys. I had never been to the Borgata for a show before, but it is a pretty cool place, and I thought a great setting for an O.A.R. show. It wasn't the largest crowd they have ever played for (but I know it certainly wasn't the smallest either) but that didn't stop the bands energy at all. 18 songs are very nice, and there are really few complaints about the set (IMO). I liked all the songs off of All Sides (War Song was my favorite), they are getting better and better at playing them live, and I'm sure they will have all sorts of new jams and intro/outros before long. One Shot was a nice opener, Night Shift was a great closer (a lot of the crowd was working Marc to play that one). A solid mix of old and new, Devil's intro for Poker (I think Paris' volume on his keyboard was messed up a little), Risen, Delicate Few, and Chariot... it's all great!
Crowd was small but was decent. I was 3rd row in front of Richard and Jerry (big guy, gray O.A.R. shirt, glasses... if anybody saw me) and I had a lot of cool people around me (2 guys from Staten Island, guy in the Red Sox hat, guy in the blue shirt) and we all knew all the words and had a great time. There were a few a-holes as well. A group of wasted younger girls behind me that kept say "I don't know this song, I don't know this song", until L&M came on ... "This is my favorite song!!!" (Surprise). And during O.A.R. chants, they would just pick 3 random letters to chant out loud. One guy started crowd surfing during Lay Down... seriously bro? One wasted guy kept screaming "Play something good you faggots" during Dinner and Chariot... me and this other kid almost dropped him. I had Chirs' second drumstick at the end of the night, but me and this guy who came up front for one song fought for it for like 5 minutes until I decided it wasn't worth it.
Can't wait for tonight at PNC!!! Especially with the meet and greet pass... should be another great one! -CityOnDown1130 August 1, 2008
I am a veteran of 50+ shows... drove up from MD spur of the moment... Highlights of the show for me were One Shot (Great Opener), OMT, Delicate Few, Whose Chariot (Marc played it for his mom as it is her favorite song), and of course Night Shift!
The band made a dedication of The Fallout to a fan that was killed (no details available) at the Camden show last year. I guess that explains why they are no longer playing at Camden.
Of the new songs my favorite by far is Dinner Last Night! Awesome song! I don't quite understand everyone's love for War Song?? Am I missing something? It is an average at best song.
The crowd was small, but energized. Can't wait for Saratoga on the 10th! -hartwickds August 1, 2008
This show was much better than Philly in terms of the crowd that was there. I liked the Philly set better, but I enjoyed this concert 1000 times more. I would have liked to hear some older tunes but I'll gladly take what I can get. -deisner August 2, 2008

I knew a lot of the material played, but for the most part, I was just becoming a true fan. Stood front row, up against the barriers. Absoloutley brilliant display of musical, lyrical, and overall talent. Now a true fan. -dking27 December 7, 2008
