Reviews an all around great show
set list was awsome and the crowd was great where i was...couldn't ask for more -emurns4 August 8, 2008
Awesome show. The band had a ton of energy and the crowd was great. -erockuri August 8, 2008
pretty solid show.....tailgating wasn't as bad as everyone said it might be.....sad that the crowd errupted at love and memories though...which i sat down for....war song was chilling to hear live....all in all a great show with a great crowd as always....only complaint was they ended aroud 10:30 instead of closer to 11 and still don't get why they don't play more songs for the crowd to sing like delicate few because the place was about as packed as you can get -somovedon22 August 8, 2008
loving oar and listening to them everyday for about 2-3 years now. tonight was the first time seeing them in concert and overall did pretty damn good. i was hoping for a little more off 34th and 8th, like maybe dareh meyod, so moved on, old man time, about mr brown, definitely city on down, instead of the stupid ozomalti crap they ended with.(although the only thing good out of that 40 min jam session was the trumpet solo, guy def had some talent, but wasted a lot of precious 34th and 8th time lol) but like i said, concert overall was great for the first time going, they just didn't finish up strong in my opinion. loved seeing them tho hands down, and if i had the funds i would've seen them tues nite at hampton and again tomorrow in CT. peace out
p.s. they played hold on true, amazing, such a rareity in this boston area for them to play that, first time ever at the comcast/tweeter center, that song did it for me... god bless -scanio4212 August 8, 2008
So my first O.A.R. concert and I gotta say I was pretty damn impressed. I saw DMB a few weeks ago live and I swear O.A.R. was just as good. Bought the USB of the show which is amazing especially since it has The Beatles cover song on it. I think this is one of the best set lists I have seen so far. I have no complaints other than I think it should have ended more towards 11:00 than 10:30 and I wish it wasn't raining lol. <3 I FEEL HOME

wow this was the first show they ever played with a little help from my friends, awesome! glad i have the recording!!! -Burntoutmatch August 9, 2008
Wow...The Wanderer, Hold on True, and Someone in the Road....I am extremely jealous. -AnnapolisOARfan August 9, 2008
My first show and a great set list. The night started off with the M&G, and although rushed (it started late and was most likely maxed out) it was nice to just quickly say hello and get a pic. Anyways, the set list was solid. Opening with Hey Girl got it out of the way for the night, poker in the middle, KOTT + Wander + Someone in the Road as well as War Song were KICK ASS. Wish I could have gotten She Gone and City on Down as well as maybe a rarity in there, but it was still sick. Encore was awesome and the crowd energy was there from the start. Hopefully a lot more shows for me still to come. -astereo August 9, 2008
awesome show, i personally do not like the songs one day or on my way before they even played it so i wish they did something like living in the end or city on down but the beatles cover and black rock were sick. war song was a great song to end the regular show with. -bsballhawks7 August 9, 2008
Hey guys..I saw that this one was recorded..I'm hoping someone can post it up because I'd love to hear With A Litle Help From My Friends..I just saw them August 2nd at Jones Beach front row..amazing show.. -OnTopMyCage65 August 9, 2008
This was an absolutley awesome show. The setlist was great in my opinion but you can't please everyone. I thought the mix of old and new material was very well balanced and thought out. The finale with ozomatli on whatever happend was a GREAT jam idk what you are talkin about if you didnt like that. -jonedryb August 9, 2008
dont get me wrong but this was a pretty good show wasnt the best but the setlist was pretty disappointing. i was really bummed that poker was only like seven minutes long but oh well and it was a bad idea to open with hey girl but it was alright. idk if you were yall were there but oh man did last years show kick ass. the setlist was awesome and they were pumped. check out the concert i think it was recorded. it was 8/10/07. check it out -tjl2521 August 9, 2008
idk why everyone is complaining. that was my first OAR concert and I did not want the night to end. I did not stop singing all night, the setlist was perfect..keep up the good work guys -BigDave697 August 11, 2008
Not a review but I would give up ten average performances to have seen that set in my home state...The King of the Thing and someone in the road combo is special... and the whole set is for true OAR afficianado's -jrsone_2000 August 11, 2008
i don't know if anyone noticed but on the last song Benj wasn't there.. maybe he was sick? But overall the concert was sick.. can't wait for next year -Morrell019 August 12, 2008
^He was most likely taking pictures backstage, he has done that on the previous shows where they have played Whatever Happened with Ozomatli. -slick923 August 12, 2008
My 3rd show and i once again had a blast...i was bummin that there was no 52-50 or city on down but still a very good show...i loved war song live...that was the highlight of the night...also with a little help my friend was amazing...brought me back to the wonder years days ;p...i hope these guys keep coming because they always put on a good show -solloron1 August 14, 2008
4th show front row it was awesome. hold on true was the best. got Rich's guitar pick at the end. anyone wanna share a copy of the show i would like to get on that -Dhow57 August 15, 2008
i wasn't at this show but the intro to poker is fucking phenomenal. its perfect. -Jferro03 August 17, 2008
